Currently, I serve as Strategy Advisor at ENA Venture Capital, where I lead efforts to help EMEA-based startups unlock capital, scale globally, and drive societal progress. As a certified angel investor and active mentor across leading accelerator programs, I support founders from idea to execution, combining business development acumen with strategic insight.
I am also a board member in Nuvena focusing on building a high-performance AI compute infrastructure for Türkiye’s digital economy.
Previously at Microsoft, I held several leadership positions, most recently as Solutions Strategy Manager for Industry Solutions Delivery, EMEA, where I led Security Strategy in UK, Germany, France, Western Europe, CEE & MEA while focusing on strategic planning, demand & campaign management, execution to enable customer outcomes.
Prior to that, I was the Cloud Infra Lead in Microsoft MEA, driving the modern datacenter & hybrid cloud business across the region while focusing on both commercial & public segments and driving programs to grow cloud services.
Focused mainly on Cloud & Security Technologies, I am one of the pioneers of the technology in TR & MEA region with both deep & big picture mindset as well as leveraging them to digitally transform business.
I’m also a founding board member of the Cloud Security Alliance Turkey Chapter, and a strong advocate of secure digital transformation, still working in the executive board of the chapter.
I have unique and in-depth expertise in engaging Enterprise Customers and Partners. Besides Services and Sales experience, I also have deep experience in value-added channel sales; including business development with key local & international system integrators, value–added distributors & resellers, ISV's, OEM's & Telco's.
I have a very good understanding of MEA markets & cultures. Having worked in multi-national, multi-cultural corporation environments provided me thorough knowledge in navigating to create impact. I also have strong experience with extended virtual teams & execution through them.
